Q. How far in advance do I need to book my car?
A. As far in advance as you want but we do need at least 24 hours, however booking as early as possible will ensure you car is safely booked as peak times can be very busy.
Q. How will I know that you have received my booking?
A. Whenever we receive a booking through our website we send a confirmation email to the email address you have entered on the booking form.
Q. I see the prices quoted are for Hamilton and surrounding areas, can I get a quote for an airport transfer that starts outside your area?
A. Yes, send us the details on our "Request a Quote" page by clicking the button above and we will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours.
Q. How many passengers can you transfer?
A. As many as you have, we can provide a car that seats four with two large and two small suitcases, right up to a minibus if needed.
Q. How long before our flight do you recommend being picked up?
A. That's totally up to you, we suggest that you give yourself more than enough time to be at your airport destination with time to spare, traffic can vary at different times of the day and it's your responsibility to be at the airport in time for your book in and flight.
Q. Do you require payment up front?
A. No, payment can be made by paying the driver, or if you prefer we can send you an invoice which can be paid by credit or debit card or with your Paypal account.
Q. What if our return flights are delayed?
A. We check your incoming flight for any delays and adjust the pick up time accordingly, so you can relax knowing your car will be waiting when you land.
Q. How will we know if the car is waiting when we land and how will we find it?
A. We require a mobile phone number when booking, you will receive a text message when your flight lands, follow any instructions sent to you and your car will be waiting.
Q. Will the text message tell us how to get to the car?
A. Each airport is different but has a pickup point where the car will come and get you, it's usually not far to walk once you have collected your luggage.
Q. Is it better to book the return at the same time as booking the journey to the airport?
A. Booking the journey to the airport and the return together is best for peace of mind and to ensure we have all the details we need to get you to your destination.
Q. Does a child count as a person?
A. Yes a child counts as one person so please ensure you book the right size of car for the journey.
Q. Can I choose the size of car when booking online?
A. At the moment we are set up for a maximum of four passengers, if you require a larger car contact us using the "Request A Quote" button at the top of the page, give us the details and we will send you a quote.
